Dog Show Services

Specialty Show or Obedience Trial Secretary - Available for events in Northern California. Includes:

• Receipt of entries, processing, contacting exhibitors with questions, incorrect entry forms, changes, additions, cancellations, dealing with entry services, accounting of entry fees. Entry checks to made payable to Club and will be mailed to the Club’s Treasurer after closing (via Express Mail). Credit card entry is available.
• Secretary will be in attendance at the show, mark catalogs for AKC, judges and club records.
• Secretary will send premium list, schedule and event records and fees to AKC.

Premium Lists

• Typesetting includes preparation of camera-ready master of the premium list for specialty shows or obedience and rally trials.
• We will handle printing for Northern California events, or you may have the “master” for printing in your local area.
• We can keep your mailing list of prospective exhibitors and handle your premium list mailing.
• A PDF version of the premium list will be available for the Club to post on their website or email to exhibitors.

Catalogs

• Catalog typesetting includes database entry and preparation of camera-ready master for printing.
• Owner information may be arranged in a separate Exhibitors Index or as part of entries.
• Club provides material for any advertisements required (camera-ready not required). Color advertising is available.
• Typesetting fees are based on the number of entries plus the total number of pages in the catalog. Reproduction is either copy or offset print.

Match Secretary- For obedience and conformation events. Services include:

• preparation & distribution of the match flyer
• taking pre-entries by mail
• computerizing entries
• contacting exhibitors with incorrect information
• handling class changes and withdrawals
• providing accounting of income, and mailing a judging schedule to each entrant
• Armbands, entry lists, score sheets, ring signs are included.

Dog Show Supplies

• AKC Judges’ Books - The official AKC 4-part forms used by judges in the ring for recording winners, placements, scores, absentees. Required for all AKC licensed and sanctioned events.
• We have books for conformation, obedience, rally and tracking.
• Armbands printed with Club Logo.
• Ring Supplies - Signs, Steward Booklets, Obedience Score Sheets, Tote Board, etc.
